Maximum flexibility

Since the company's founding in 1997 it has grown from a joint practice to a nationwide network: our 50 employees – doctors, care personnel and administrative employees – may be spread across the whole of Switzerland but they are sub-divided regionally into core groups and can therefore be supplemented or replaced if necessary by colleagues or other teams. As a result we can flexibly react to the wishes of our customers.

narkose.ch pays close attention to the wishes of its employees. A major advantage of employment at narkose.ch is the compatibility of a career and family life: there are hardly any night or emergency shifts and the working days are limited to weekdays. In this way success at work can be combined with an intact family life.

Thanks to our experience we are able to advise interested colleagues who are operatively active with regard to the planning, establishment and running of small or large practice-operation units. Here the focus is on the patient and his/her safety, profitability in the setting-up and running as well as easing the burden on the surgeon and his/her practice.
